Warnings
This program can process very large files. typical 5megs.
If it drops to DOS make certain that EHC.EXE and EHML.exe are pathed/
available.
Do Not Modify the Snap files as the program looks for certain text
matches and positions as keys for the hyper links.
Other errors such as too many SeeAlso's do not hurt any thing. These
will be recorded in the error files.
